What is 4 Weeks to Fab?
4 Weeks to Fab is a program designed by Rita for women who have never trained or are avid weight trainers at various fitness levels- beginner, intermediate and advanced who have pounds to lose and want to get comfortable in their own skin. This program involves 4 weeks of adhering to the training and meal plans, and a fifth week of photoshoot preparation. The last day is your photoshoot in London, Ontario.
As part of the program, you will receive:
• Training guides with workouts and videos, explanations, exact reps and sets
• Meal plans specific to your body, goals, and lifestyle
• A guidebook with food lists, cooking tips, supplement recommendations, recipes, and tips
• Membership to the 4 Weeks to Fab private Facebook Page where you can support, encourage and get to know the others in the program
• Unlimited email contact with Rita over the course of the program • Photoshoot with make-up, tan, and two looks chosen by you, and you’ll get to select 3 images for final editing
The next start date is SEPT 12th 2022
The shoot date is OCT 14 2022
